Discover the transformative potential of color as a healing modality in this foundational workshop designed for women navigating cancer journeys. Through guided HerMoxie Qigong practice—a 15-minute routine adaptable to any setting—you'll establish a grounded foundation for reconnection. The mixed media art component invites you to create two 12x12 pieces using accessible techniques: collage, painting, and mark-making with non-toxic materials. No prior artistic experience required; all supplies provided. This integrated approach addresses the interconnected dimensions of wellness: the subconscious mind, the physical body, and the spiritual essence. By engaging with color as both expression and medicine, you'll explore how layered emotional and somatic experiences can catalyze genuine healing and renewal. Frames available separately.
